💟 MUA Eyeshadow Palette Romantic Efflorosence 💟 - Review and Swatches

Few years ago MUA products were so popular  among bloggers and YouTubers because of their good quality, decent price and worldwide free shipping...  I too wanted to try some MUA products but that time I was very new to make up, beauty and blogging which pulled me back...  But luckily my friend gifted me this MUA Romantic Efflorosence Palette last year and I was so happy by seeing the amazing shades of this palette.  I haven't  use it much because still I am not proper in eye makeup but now I have started again. So today I am going to give a brief description on this beautiful palette and will share my opinion... 



Brand Claims- Smokey or colourful, get your favourite style of eye makeup with  'Romantic Efflorosence Eyeshadow Palette ' which comes from  MUA makeup academy. The colour palette of twelve colours gives you the freedom of going solo or blending colours to create different effects.  The super rich formula blends on your skin in just one stroke and stays for hours.

Packaging - The MUA Romantic Efflorosence Palette comes in a white palette with a transparent lid.  It has 12 eyeshadow pans in two rows.  The palette is not so sturdy due to the lid and one should be really careful while carrying this during travelling. The shade names are written at the back of the palette which is good...  I wish it would have an inbuilt mirror but at this price we can't complain that...  There is a dual end applicator which is obviously of no use...



Shades-  There are twelve beautiful shades in the palette which are from greys to browns to coppery  to mauve-y, etc.  The palette is a good combination of shimmers, mattes and metallics.  It can be used in day occasions and night looks as well...  The only thing I don't like is, some shades look similar after swatching..   I too think,  a good highlighter shade is missing (though the first shade of first row can be used as highlighter, but that's not so pigmented 😐)  in this palette which can be used at inner corner of eyes and at the brow bones... 

Texture - The texture of the MUA Romantic Efflorsence Palette is quite soft and smooth. The shades blend easily.   There is also not so much fall out even in the shimmery shades.  Colours also don't crease when applied over a good eye primer or eyeshadow base. 

I have swatched only one swipe to show the pigmentation of each colour.

Pigmentation And Staying Power - Pigmentation wise the colours of MUA Romantic efflorosence palette is not good...  The darker shades has good coverage but the shimmery and lighter shades require much efforts to pop out properly. Sometimes I use wet brushes to bring desire pigmentation.  As the shades are not much pigmented,  the staying capacity also not high.  When applied over a good primer or base it stays for around 5 hours on my lids which is not great though.

I will share an eye makeup look  using this palette really soon.. Actually I have created one look ,but couldn't take quality pictures because of the cloudy weather outside..

▶Can be create both day and night looks
▶Less fall out while applying

Cons -
▶ Not much pigmented
▶Some shades look similar after swatching
▶Not good staying power
▶Highly priced in India

Rating- 3.5/5
Recommendation- The MUA Romantic Efflorosence Palette  is an average palette..  There is much more options available in market.  But it can be used to create soft romantic looks.  If you have so many pallets and want to try one more just to experiment, then do buy but wait for discounts because in Indian sites MUA palettes cost a bomb...
